Empowered Learning Transformation Centers
Empowered Learning Transformation Centers focuses on the development of a child as a whole person from six weeks through five years of age. We believe that young children acquire knowledge through active participation in the world: building, playing, talking, listening, painting, running, reading, measuring, and many more experiences. We believe that children are exceptional individuals who gain knowledge through their surroundings in various ways.
Empowered Learning Transformation Centers (with the help of parents, teachers, administration, and research) will provide an atmosphere that delivers a positive learning experience. We strive to offer a setting that will provide an extension of the home environment, and an atmosphere that is diverse in math, science, reading, writing, geography, music, arts, social and cultural acceptance, environmental stewardship, nutritional and health knowledge, and independence.
Our educational goal is to foster and cultivate every child’s language, social, cognitive, pre-writing skills, early math skills, science, art and music appreciation. We want our students to acquire a love and desire to learn.
Students at Empowered Learning Transformation Centers will participate in many different experiences designed to cultivate creativity, curiosity, and knowledge about the world around them.
Experiences such as:
Composting, gardening, arts and crafts, play, fine and gross motor skills, social interactions with peers.
Empowered Learning Transformation Centers follows three different curriculums:
honics: Zoophonics
Writing: Handwriting Without Tears
Math: Hands on Standards
These curriculums are research based and are aligned with the National Common Core Standards. Hands on Standards Math is recognized by the National Council of Teachers of Math, and Zoophonics has received the 17th Annual Learning Magazine Teachers' Choice for the Classroom Award.

At Empowered Learning Transformation Centers we: Have a chef on-site who cooks the freshest foods possible, we use Babyganics sunscreen for our students (no parabens, sulfates, phthalates or toxins) and we use plant based cleaners, we have a parent-advisory board (all opinions matter), composting, gardening, we have living plant life and animal life in our classrooms (fish), we offer low teacher: student ratios, over 4,000 square feet outdoors Great Minds' playground that includes a mud kitchen and magnetic STEM wall (make certain that you dress for PLAY), and an educated staff.
