Empowered Learning Transformation Centers, our dedicated staff brings over 20 years of combined experience working on behalf of children and adults with developmental disabilities such as Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, and Cognitive Delay. Funding is provided in part through our contract with the state. Additional support is offered through the generosity of individuals, local businesses, and corporate grants. ELTC is recognized as an New Jersey Trusted Center serving the community with disabilities.
Empowered Learning Transformation Centers love for the developmentally disabled and their families through service, by providing a community to nurture the spiritual, emotional, and physical growth of all those we serve.
In Home Care for Developmental Disabilities
Empowered Learning Transformation Centers offers in home care for developmental disabilities, including an array of training, assistance, and support services designed to enable persons of any age who have a disability or long-term illness to learn better daily living skills, improve communication, and reduce maladaptive behaviors. Families are also supported through services that provide relief from daily caregiving responsibilities and direct care to the disabled or individual with long-term illness.
Respite Care
In home care for developmental disabilities provides a temporary break from daily caregiving responsibilities. Using respite services can support and strengthen the primary caregiver’s ability to continue taking care of their disabled loved one. This service may be provided in the individual’s home, public community areas (movies, stores, parks, etc.), or in another licensed setting.

Habilitation
This is outcome-based training to enhance developmental skills, behavior interventions, and sensory-motor development, and is designed to maximize the functional skills of the individual served.
