Our goal is to help determine what is causing the changes you are experiencing and support you through the process.

We provide diagnostic evaluation and evidence-based treatments for people with memory concerns, mild cognitive impairment, Alzheimer’s disease, vascular dementia, frontal temporal dementia, primary progressive aphasia, semantic dementia, corticobasal syndrome, rapidly progressive dementia and dementia with lewy bodies. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team helps us develop a tailored treatment plan specific to your needs. Our team includes specialists from multiple disciplines including neurology, geriatric psychiatry, neuropsychology, nursing, clinical social work and speech and language pathology.
