Monmouth Beach Education Center
Empowered Learning Transformation Centers
Why we are different - Our innovative curriculums develop an eagerness to learn in a fun, nurturing environment. We explore fine arts, learn Spanish and sign language, and integrate fun, brain-stimulating activities. Your infants and toddlers are loved and nurtured. Your pre-schoolers are readied for school with an eagerness to learn. This eagerness to learn accelerates their learning progress.
Empowered Learning Transformation Centers is different due in part to our innovative curriculums which helps to develop an eagerness to learn while creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment. We explore fine arts, learn Spanish, sign language, and integrate fun and brain-stimulating activities into everyday activities.
Your infants and toddlers are loved and nurtured from the moment they enter our program. Your pre-schoolers are readied for school with an eagerness to learn. This eagerness to learn paired with a child's curiosity helps prepare them for grade school and success later in life.
Empowered Learning Transformation Centers has been Monmouth Beach community preschool for over 25 years. We have a campus of three buildings with 13,400 sq ft and have over 6 1/2 acres of playground. Our infant and toddler programs are in a separate building from our preschool, pre k, and school age programs. Each building requires a security passcode to enter. We are locally owned business and family run and family centered. The owner, vice president, director, and staff all have extensive backgrounds in early childhood education.
Our program is designed to meet the developmental needs of young children. It provides experiences that enrich and enhance each child’s cognitive, language, social, emotional, physical, and creative development. Within the center’s daily schedule, each child has opportunities to create, explore the environment, learn problem solving and personal interaction skills, and learn concepts through first-hand experiences. Children develop a positive self-concept through a balance of self- and teacher-facilitated activities. Opportunities for solitary play as well as group activities are provided. Staff serves as positive role models and provides care that is supportive, nurturing, warm and responsive to each child’s individual needs. The adult’s responsibility in a developmental program is to assist the child in growing to his or her fullest potential by recognizing each stage of development and fashioning a curriculum that will nurture and facilitate growth during that stage. We respect parents as the primary and most important provider of care and nurturing, and we believe parents and teachers are partners in children’s care and education.
